5. Condition of Returns

Please return goods in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the items beyond what is necessary to check them.

6. Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If you cancel before the goods are dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice. The refund includes the original delivery cost unless you chose a more expensive delivery option.
